What do these ticks mean and how do i achieve them?

What get you ticks on these areas?

Some of my sites have high links than other sites but i still done have the tick?

I believe those ticks just means that site is the leader for that particular metric, out of the sites you're comparing it to.

[DavidKonigsberg]

Each line is comparing a different metric and in order to get a tick you need to be higher then all other sites your comparing against for that line item.
