How often is Open Site Explorer updated?

Or perhaps my question is actually how often does the seomoz bot crawl the web?

I ran some benchmark link counts for a number of websites about this time last month and I noticed when I went to update them for this month the data is the same.

I think that the Open Site Explorer is updated every month. It seems to me that I've read it on the seomoz's site but I don't remember where...

Its usually about once a month however I never know when its going to be. If you follow some of the SEO Moz team on Twitter someone often mentions it when an update is imminent.
