I did a redirect and now I'm getting duplication errors.

I was told by SEO Moz to do a redirect so that our website would be crawled with and without the www in front of the address. I did and now I'm getting duplicate page and title errors because the crawler is seeing www.oursitename.com and its underpages and oursitename.com and its underpages and giving me duplicate page content errors and duplicate page title errors. Makes sense, but how do I make it stop? Anyone else have this problem?

http://www.thmedicalcallcenter.com/ is not redirecting to http://thmedicalcallcenter.com/

so they are seen as two separate sites. you need to redirect one to the other, most people redirect the non www to the www. In your case Google sees your site as www. You should 301 redirect the non www to the www and run the tool again

Hi Irving!

Thank you so much for the informative reply. I was told that the sites were redirected with a 301, but apparently not, and I am checking with our provider again. I do have thress questions if you have the time. If I don't have a 301 redirect set up and have another kind, should I get a message in the Temp Redirect section of the SEO Moz crawl report? 2. If we do a 301, will that get rid of these duplicate page content and duplicate title content errors?  3. Do you have your site set up with a non-www redirect to www and have you avoided thes errors?  Thanks so much!!
