        Welcome to SEOmoz,

SEOmoz Pro gives you lots of different tools to help you meet your goals. Some beginner things can be learned by going to the tab above you where it says "Learn SEO" and "Beginner's Guide".

Those are great starting points on how to learn SEO and how to get rankings.

After familiarizing yourself with those tutorials, if you have any questions feel free to ask here. I don't mind helping a fellow SEOmoz user.

William's reply is a good one. 🙂 http://www.seomoz.org/beginners-guide-to-seo is a good place to start.

Also, the keywords you've chosen are very competitive, and are probably not good keywords to choose if you are new to SEO.

I agree with both William and Adam. I would also suggest use the various research tools at http://www.seomoz.org/tools and On-page Analysis as well as the Keyword Difficulty & SERP Analysis tools to understand what your keywords should be and the effort involved and the level of domain authority required to attain those rankings. I would also suggest using the Google Adwords tool, suggest your target market and do some keyword research.

I hope these help. Welcome to SEOMoz and you might also want to setup your campaign here at SEOMoz to see what the weekly / monthly progress is for rankings as well as any On-page recommendations from the tool. Always do your due-diligence before making any changes.
