Hi! If you are a PRO Plus or PRO Elite customer, you can add your logo to PDF reports. It's covered in this help section at http://www.seomoz.org/help/campaign-setup and excerpted below:

How do I add my logo or get white labeled reports?
If you have our PRO Plus or PRO Elite, you can upload a logo from your campaign settings page. This will add your logo to the top of PDF reports downloaded from the web app. This is a great way to show off our excellent data with your awesome branding. Enjoy!
