Is OpenSiteExplorer down?

I am trying to pull some data for a client and there are a bunch of redirects going on until I get a message from Safari that says too many redirects are happening.  Any idea on what is going on?

Sounds like a situation where you really need to go straight to the Help Team and get them to take a look at the specific domain to diagnose the issue.

I would start at the Help Hub and click the big pink button.
