Is this a new type of rich snippet?
-
I recently came across a type of rich snippet in a Google search result that I can't find information about. I attached a screen shot and circled in red..
Has anyone seen these rich snippets before? If so, what are they called and how do you get them for your site?
Thanks!

No they are done by google, you dont have to do anything to get them.

What you are seeing are Google Sitelinks. Google makes the decision as to what to show, if anything, based on the structure of your site. If they feel it will help users find information they are looking for it will show.
You can't add them yourself, but if they put up something that you don't think is helpful you can request that it be demoted from within your webmaster tools account.
Hope this helps.

I have only seen the term "site links" used to describe these..

What I'm describing is something different. Do they go by the same name?

Check out Search Engine Roundtable -- they have a tag devoted just to sitelinks and all the weird ways in which they appear. http://www.seroundtable.com/tag/google-sitelinks
