Website page disappered

The first thing to do is not to panic. I just did the search on Google and could see your page at #4.
How much traffic does this search term get you? The Google Adwords keyword tool doesn't show any traffic for this keyword phrase.
You don't appear to have Google Analytics set up, but can you see your keyword statistics in Google Webmaster Tools?
You'll find it under "Your site on the web" > "Search queries"
Here you'll be able to see the the search queries for which your site appeared in the results, an average position and a click through rate.
Before you start optimising for a keyword, it's important to know how much traffic you're likely to get. You don't want to spend a great deal of time and energy optimising a page only to find that it makes no difference.
Try and think about what's important to your customers. They're likely to come at things from a different angle to you. Try and take an "external perspective" and think about the kinds of things they will be looking for and how they would phrase them.
For example, I don't suspect that a customer would talk about "nutritional deficiencies and biochemical imbalance".
Hope this helps!

Hi Doug,
Many thanks for responding so quickly. Strange that you can see it at no 4. and i've tried 2 different browsers and can't see it even with clearing everything out the cache etc.
Thank you for the other advice as well, it's such a niche area and i know nutritionist gets more hits so may switch around to that.
Thank you for getting back to me and your advice.
Ian.

There's lots of things that can affect the SERPS results you're seeing. One big change recently is your location (you can change this on the left hand side of the search results), but Google will try to auto detect your location and use that to help determine results that are location sensitive.
Are you tracking these keywords on SEOMoz? IF you use the Keyword Difficulty Tool to do a SERP analysis on your keyword can you see your results there? (It seems to be down at the moment).

Many thanks, you've been very helpful.

The Keyword Difficulty tool is working for me again. It's showing your page as #4 too.
Good luck.
