How do we measure our link strategy?

We're new to link strategy and would really appreciate any help anyone can give us.  We are inviting the top food bloggers (aka "linkerati") in the country to visit and hopefully share web content with us.  What we don't know is how to measure the results of this... Does anyone have any suggestions, or perhaps a "dashboard" that they could show us to give us some ideas?  All help gratefully received!

In your pro dashboard check out Link Analysis. In particular check out the Domain Authority, Domain moz Rank and moz Trust. As you get more links these numbers will grow, the bigger the number the better.

Also, Clicking Links then See more  in Open Site Explorer...this will give you a run down of all the links that SEOmoz have found pointing to your site (along with some helpful metrics).
