Is there a tool wherein you can check what keywords you are ranking for your domain and their search position?

I agree with Istvan.

I'd start with with the terms that people are most frequently using to find your site (based on what's in Google Analytics), and move down the list from there.

You could, in theory, be ranking for thousands of search terms, but many of those aren't valuable since almost no one will be searching for those terms.

I agree with Jeffrey. You need to install Google Analytics on every page of your site + blog (if you have one) and pay attention to the keywords being used. And I would add that you can always play around with keyword variations with the Google keyword tool. just Google "Google keyword tool" and click on the link that takes you to the keyword tool. There, you can easily determine some otherwise "hidden" opportunities for yourself and your client!

Search queries report of Google webmaster tools will most likely fulfill your need.

Not sure if you tried with SEOMOZ tools.

Hi All, Thanks for your responses.... Let me add something to the question itself... I have been using WebCEO Tool but that work when I have the I have a list of the keyword. The issue with GA is it tells me the keywords what users are typing to reach my site.

What I am looking for it a tool which by just entering the domain, gives us a list of keywords for which we are ranking for? The tool should pick the keywords for which it recognised that the page have been optimised for...

Well, in the PRO tools you have the Term Extractor. You can use that to check which keywords tend to rank well, which keywords does the SEO team optimize for. Then the rankings you can check with Rank Tracker of seoMoz Tools.

This should be fast and easy.
