Tool for checking if link requests published?

Does anybody know if such a tool exists for checking a list of URLs to see if any of them contain links to a certain domain?

For example - I send out link requests to 30 websites. A few weeks later I want to quickly check these 30 pages to see if any have posted links to the domain i requested to be added, without going through each one manually.

I know recent links can be discovered using Moz Recently Discovered or Google, but does anybody know if a tool for checking specific URLs for links exists?

I use Buzzstream (http://www.buzzstream.com/) to keep track of my outreach and monitor pages for backlinks, Might be worth checking out. There's a free trial.

If you have access to a developer, it'd be relatively simple to make a program that crawls sites and looks for outbound links to a specific domain.

You can use the MozBar (though you have to hit each page individually) to highlight all the links on that page.
