SEO Plans for a Corporate website

Our official site has got 195 pages and all the pages are ranking well for the targetted keywords.

After the first few months of the website, we did article submission and social bookmarking for those 195 pages one by one.

Then since 7 months, we havent done anything and Im not sure, what more we can do , in terms of SEO for that website.

Let me know, as I dont want Google to see it like a sleeping website.

We do have a blog, which gets 2-3 new posts each day.

From a tech pouint of view there is a lot to be done.

From the errors i can see , I assume this is a WordPress Site?

you have a lot of Link Juice leaks.

there is a error i find in a lot of WP sites that leaking a lot of LJ. un-necessary redirects.

An example

The link to "http://www.qubesys.com/packages" has resulted in HTTP redirection to "http://www.qubesys.com/packages/".

(note: trailing slash)

Each redirect leaks link juice, why not link directly to the correct page and save the LJ.

You have a couple of thousand instances of this violation, thats a lot of link juice.

I thought, www.domain.com/page/ and www.domain.com/page is fine.

SEO can be broken down to three components: website design, content and site promotion (link building, social media, etc). Before moving to content and promoting the content I recommend ensuring all aspects of your website itself is solid.

Your company offers both web design and SEO services, yet there are issues with your own site. My first and strongest recommendation is to make your own website a showcase example of your excellence. I'll focus on feedback for the joomclub.org site since it is the smaller site.

1. You home page does not use valid HTML, yet you offer HTML validation as one of your services.

2. Your pages are duplicated. For example:

http://www.joomclub.org/view-available-memberships/1-prepaid-packages?layout=list

http://www.joomclub.org/view-available-memberships/1-prepaid-packages?layout=list/

Both URLs work and present the same content. This is a SEO issue.

3. Some ALT text is in need of SEO such as the use of the name "image"

4. Some image names aren't helpful to SEO such as "blank.png"

Frankly, there is a lot of SEO attention your site requires. I would recommend starting with the Beginner's Guide to SEO and applying the principals to your website.

I would also share a concern about the SEO services you offer. Many of the services offer little to no SEO value. For example, your basic package offers "100 manual directory submissions". Have you tried any tool such as Open Site Explorer to see if any of those submissions actually offer links which pass any value? Based on past experiences it is quite likely 95-100% of those directory links are not offering any value at all to your clients.

There is a lot more feedback but this is pretty much what I can share in the form of a Q&A response.

Not because you link to the non slash and you are then redirected to the slash, this means a link juice leak.

you have a few thousoand of these that means a lot of leaking

Another question..

We did social bookmarking for most of the important pages few months back.

Can we do that again ?

Or the social bookmarking sites accept one URL once ?

I would spend that time making more important pages that are very high quality.
