Is site page structure hurting its chances to rank?
If Google isn't picking the "right page," then either 1) your pages aren't optimized well enough or 2) it's too niche and Google doesn't know what it's looking at. For the latter, you could combine higher categories and then have customer specify what they want when they buy. Example: If you were selling shirts, you wouldn't have separate pages for every size variation in every color, you'd just have one page about that shirt and then let the customer select color and size.

Schema for a discount
I didn't - thank you! I chose discount because it's a $50 off discount for the month, but offer makes sense as well. Did I structure my code properly? I typically use the structured data markup helper but it doesn't seem to feature discounts or offers beyond the basics.

Subdomain or subfolder for each country
First off: did you try using the search function there are oodles of similar topics on Moz and you are bound to find something relevant. http://moz.com/community/q/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=+subdomain+or+subfolder+for+each+country+&commit=Search In the Google's blog post about language mark up ( http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.co.uk/2011/12/new-markup-for-multilingual-content.html ) they uses sub domains for an example which I would also recommend as you can really target it a bit more where as a sub folder you would have a mix of languages. However you can still use the mark up if you did want to use folders. Hope some of that helps, good luck!

Main Menu Navigation appearing twice in the HTML version?
Hi Taysir, I can only assume because you didn't include the actual site. But it looks like that one is indeed the mobile site and is using the second menu to serve users on mobile. It's not the best way out there as you could perfectly use the same menu on mobile as well. Probably it won't get you into deep trouble anyway.

Hreflang in vs. sitemap?
I have always preferred in the sitemap because it keeps potential lines of code off your page. Everything helps when it comes to page speed. However, if it's easier for you to put the tags on page, that's is completely valid. Do whatever is easiest to maintain and update.

PR & DA
Hi Easy answer: get relevant links to your website. But its slightly harder than that. First of all read: http://moz.com/community/q/how-to-increase-domain-authority You want to find relevant and influential people in your industry and link to your content and share your content. (Followerwonk) is a great tool for this. I would worry less about the DA of the website you are getting a link from, and more about the relevancy of the link. Image if Google didn't exist. You would want links on the web that drove potential customers to your site, not on high DA sites that are not important, so if you think like this - you don't need to worry about potential algorithm updates. If you want people to link to your site, you have to give them a reason to, so you need something on your site worth linking to, whether that is a blog article, infographic, etc. Hope this is helpful, its the basics of what you need to do, and there are a lot of tactics for link building, but just make sure they are genuine long term strategy and not short term wins. Things to not do for link building: Ignore directories (yes you can potentially get a good relevant link, but there are a lot of pitfalls that aren't worth the risk) Ignore all the emails from India etc (sorry, there is too much spam that comes from there, there are probably some very good services from India, but there are more than would cause you harm) Anyone claiming to get you to get you number 1 Link farms Many more here: http://moz.com/blog/17-types-of-link-spam-to-avoid Thanks Andy

What Constitutes Keyword Stuffing?
Hi Sheena: Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. Previously I worked with an SEO firm that had prepared a keyword matrix. So we tried to integrate those terms and perhaps have gone over board. What do you mean by making the home page text more "brand and user" focused? We tried to eliminate promotional type add copy and cliche type language like "best", "great" etcetera. Tried to focus the content on why users would be in the real estate market for office space (search scenarios). Do you think that approach is too remote and academic? THANKS, Alan

How do I get my site to rank in the right country?
Was the previous site in the your same niche? That would explain its "stubborn" high visibility in Google.nl, because you should also consider all the not linked mentions the site may have had in its history. Hreflang surely would be of help, but sincerely I don't know how you can implement it, because it was not thought for sites targeting only one country, but for multilingual and multi-country, hence Google Webmaster Tool could see it as a mistake and won't consider it.

How to implement three languages with a subfolder /blog on a .com domain?
The ideal should be maintaining the same structure of the site, hence /en/blog. Said that, if that is not possible (i.e.: different cms for the site and the blog), using the other solution (blog/de/, blog/nl/...) would be fine.

Blog Traffic
Here are the following things I have noticed while being on your blog for 10 seconds. - Page Load time is high - Topics are mostly used keeping the keywords in life. - No promoting strategy implemented. - No option for me to connect to author on social media - Design is good but a little heavy in my opinion We at our end when work on blog management this is something we always consider - Design should compliment brand’s online identity as well as appeal to user. User cannot wait much so the design should be light so that it can load fast as required by the reader. - Topics you are choosing are keyword friendly but when building a conversation on the blog you should play with mix of keyword friendly topics and the topics that have the ability to create buzz and conversation on your blog. - Lot of text, no infographics, you are missing mix media content on your blog. - There are multiple authors, which is great but there is no way I can communicate with them and engage with your brand. Remember, now people like to engage with faces instead of logos. - Writing a quality blog post is nothing unless you have a awesome marketing and promotion plan for it These are the few ideas that you should consider and you will see a measureable difference in your traffic.

Link Audit - Sponsor/Partners Images Links
Good answer Moosa. Here's a curve ball, what if the website or partner website has a link penalty. Should i ask them to nofollow?

Is This Considered Duplicate Content?
From the example URLs you posted it does count as duplicate content. If you still need to keep all 3 URLs I would look into canonicalization. See here: http://moz.com/learn/seo/canonicalization and here http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.ca/2013/04/5-common-mistakes-with-relcanonical.html Also I would recommend taking a look at this article http://moz.com/learn/seo/duplicate-content Hope it helps

Schema.org mark up to avoid duplicate issue?
I got your point of having a firm conversation about this issue, but the agency is not mine and my concern is to see the client sacking us off. That's why I'm trying to find a way to cope with this lack of content. I'm agreed we need unique product descriptions, but how could we write original content for products such as windows, doors, furnitures, or some products for B2B like spare parts of industrial machines? I mean writing some original piece of content for common products such as food, clothes or gadget is pretty easy, but for example, when you look for windows and doors you need to read technical specifications - in other words numbers, measurements - and benefits. We can't change numbers, we can write original content to describe benefits instead, but writing benefits won't mean mocking up facts and things. You can write about benefits of a product only when you know that specific product and the industry. IMHO when you are THE random guy who writes anything you will only produce thin content. So far, in my career I found very hard to face clients - too many - who expect results by a touch of magic, like they have hired Harry Potter! I got it may be even worse having every page linked to the official manufacturer page in a schema.org product mark-up, so my last move is to put down original description for the category page and forward to the client to get the approval. In this way I hope to start seeing some benefit while I am pushing them to write original content. Thanks for the response P

Is it a good strategy to create pages that are specific to different keywords to rank higher in SEO?
Hi! There are some terms that you just won't be able to rank for with a single page. It might be because of the competition or google might see the keyword as not as relevant so you'll be limited. I would look at it at a case by case thing. It doesnt mean you have to create a new page each time. It's just an option and you can do tests for it if you want. If it ranks better (and faster) then you have a winner. If it's just an extra maintenance cost and doesnt give results, you might want to just scrap it altogether and redirect the url to the old, improved page that was already performing. Hope you are having a great week!
