Whats with the backslash in the url adding as duplicate content?
In the Pro account, it shows it as an error, but when looking at the live version, it redirects like it should. Must have been a hiccup in the crawl

Why is therea date in the deescription meta?
Hi Gary, What you see there is the part of an aggregate review. You can read more about this on the following link: http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=146645#Aggregate_reviews Also I have found this article, maybe you will find your answer there: http://www.dollarshower.com/how-to-remove-date-stamp-from-google-serp-description/ Istvan

What are the considerations in setting language within the url of multilingual sites?
I think subfolders accompanied with geotargeting in GWT would work nicely in your case. (canadapost.ca/en/ and canadapost.ca/fr/) but it demands some preparations (301 redirect for example) and it will not be easy technically to change that in your website.

Best geotargeting strategy: Subdomains or subfolders or country specific domain
That isn't a domain at all - it's a sub-domain - what you've purchased there is yourdomain.uk.com - so your site is actually on a sub-domain of the domain uk.com I'm guessing that in theory you could geo-target via Webmaster Tools, however I think that in reality you might struggle to get the site to rank. It would also make for some pretty mixed up looking URLs - yourdomain.uk.com/fr/ - the UK in there might mean lower click through rates as the site looks primarily UK focused. I hope this helps, Hannah

How do you add a description to the Meta Description area to Tag Pages in Wordpress? This way I do not get the errors: "Missing Meta Description Tag" from SEOMoz Bot? Thanks!
I have used the All In One SEO since the start, about 8 months now. Can I switch over to the SEO plugin by Yoast? If so, is it simple or more complex? And, are there any risks, potential problems, etc.? I am relatively new to WordPress, but not so much to HTML. Thanks, Kurt

WPEngine hosting
I'm doing some consulting for WP Engine now (helping with SEO and general marketing), and I can definitely say I recommend them. As to how fast they are, do a speed test here: http://speed.wpengine.com/ You can even mirror your site at WP Engine over their 14-day trial, and run the speed test on your .wpengine.com site vs. your current site to see if it really works well. Their support people are generally helpful in helping you tweak/optimize your site, as well. About the only negative I would say with WP Engine is that they really don't support anything outside of WordPress. But if you have a main site or even a blog that's all WordPress, and it gets a fair amount of traffic, they are definitely worth a look!

How to move a site slowly
Thanks guys. I just moved the whole thing over yesterday using 301 redirects for all the pages. Did the change of address for google but I guess bing doesn't have this sort of thing?

CamelCase vs lowernodash
I agree with Alan 100%. There are some great options you can do with IIS rewrites.

How to make multiple url redirection using global.asax in IIS 6?
I'd recommend implementing 301 at the server level e.g. in IIS settings rather than the code level. There are loads of guides on this - just search for "301 iis6 redirect" on your favourite search engine. Hope this helps.

Additional product information: the product's sales page or a blog post?
Something I don't think I was clear on is the fact that I'm not very concerned with the caps page itself. My ultimate goal with almost every SEO thing I do is to give the entire site more authority so that the home page will rank higher. In that case, is the blog post without question the better option?

Keyword stuffing found, how does Google treat my business name that contains keyword?
I would write in natural language without regard to SEO. If you do that you will probably be fine. The only exception that I would make to the above statement is don't let your marketing guy write the copy because they tend to write in a chest-thumping style that uses the company name twice in every sentence.
