Is any code to prevent duplicate meta description on blog pages
Well, I checked the site and you are already adding the page number to the title. Then do the same for the Categories / or any other area that is being "paged". bloh/page/2/ title: Blog dental de Clinicas Dentales Propdental - Página 2 de 59 desc: Lee sobre cierto tema y aprende bla bla bla - Pagina 2 In my case I would remove the "de 59" just to avoid the 70 chars limit in titles. You can get great info here: http://moz.com/learn/seo/title-tag and here: http://moz.com/learn/seo/meta-description Hope that helps.

What is the recommended or "best practice" Permalink Structure?
I personaly tend to stick simply at /product when starting new websites, but on clients websites who already have it like a), I mostly don't see a point in switching over. Take a look at: http://www.zalando.co.uk they always use the category as /post, and especially zalando.de is ranking like hell.

SEO Issues
I am not 100% as to your question. I think you may feel like you are gaining value by this but unless you provide moving services then you are not. Are you doing anything wrong by that, not necessarily. Did the client pay you to make the tool? Are these keywords relevant to the client? You are keeping them from being indexed with their site where they may have value and instead putting them on your site where they do not have any value. You are getting hits for traffic pulls but no SERP is going to see that as traffic for your content and if they do it will probably be seen as a bounce because the iframe is pulled and they are gone. If you are doing it because you have faster hosting or simply for more domains and faster page loads I would suggest using something like jQuery get() to cross domain fetch it from a deep directory with no index directives from the feeder location so that it can be indexed within the site where it belongs. The tactic is not wrong just check your thinking. Think about the end user and think about being transparent. You want to be up front both with Google and with the end consumer. Nothing gains trust faster than truly having nothing to hide.

Do you only allow one URL (link) per Keyword?
I too was confused by the question. Can you explain in more detail what your outsourced company is doing to "fix 20 on page links per month" ? It sounds to me like maybe they are link-building for you, but I'm just not sure Regarding the "more than one link per keyword" I am confused by this as well. When you are setting up campaigns, one keyword needs to go to one domain, but in the reports you may find that more than one of your URLs ranks for that term. But, this isn't something you configure in your campaign. What more can you tell us? I'm sure Francisco and I would both be glad to help if we can.

Mirrored content/ images
If the content is unique, there's very little chance you will be penalized for duplicate content. That said, I've often worked with many eCommerce companies that like to build new sites for new brands or to take a different marketing angle. In general, these sites double the effort required to get them to rank. Not sure if this applies to you, but I generally find it better to try to keep all the efforts focused on a single site. Regardless, best of luck with your SEO!

Keyword place in page HTML code? Higher is better?
Hi G, I wouldn't worry about it from an SEO point of view, changes of that size will have little or no impact. It's strange from a user point of view though to have the main heading of a page below the fold so I might consider doing it anyway.

Missing Meta Tags - "thousands" using WooCommerce?
THANK YOU! I was in the neighborhood and tried to do just that...but turns out there was a bug in Yoast's WP SEO Plugin that hid the "Save Settings" button at the bottom of the Post Types page! (see screeshot) I was about ready to get my head checked! Haha Updated the plugin and then the Products meta with %%excerpt%% and now the problem is solved. Thanks again! Clay YwCxKkx.png

Ranking not improving
What is your google webmaster tools data showing you. which keywords among your list of researched kws are getting the best stats (clicks, bounce rate and CTR) this can give you a good insight as to what is that users are searching for and clicking you for. Furthermore, after doing this and seeing what kws are actually bringing any impressions/traffic to site, I would revisit my keyword research using all the tools and tactics suggested in this guide When dealing with adwords kw tool, i would ensure I get the google "search trends" of my list too in the export (enabled this from columns drop down - you do not need to have an adwords campaign). often times, targeting larger numbers of right keywords (longer tail, less popular, less competitive) is a sure way of gaining a good ranking faster while it can also bring the needed traffic as you wait for your major kws to rank in the longer run. you can also definitely utilize google trends tool for "forecasts" of future trends. for example if you are aiming to rank high for 20 kws that are each getting 100-300 queries a month via adwords data, it is much better often than attempting to rank high for 2 very competitive and popular kws with thousands of searches per month. your competition is a huge factor in how fast and how well you rank. Especially if you are set against big dawgs (big corps, govts sites, authority sites, wikipedia, etc), it could even be impossible to rank higher than them if they know what they are doing SEO wise- not to mention big dawg DA is always naturally high. btw have you checked your top competitors for your desired keywords, have you ran a on-page grading for their top ranking pages? have you seen those ranking pages "equity" backlink profile? social shares? all of these count and all it takes for you not to rank is others doing as much of it as possible through approved and organic methods and you may not even be aware of half of them!!!! this is very common for those new and experienced in SEO, that is how vast this thing is and even with a couple of years of experience under your belt you can still find yourself uneducated, outdated or out of the know in a lot of circumstances. one last note: i would also exclusively use the rank checker tool to analyze rankings for keywords with entire subdomain selected. avoid doing regular searches or incognito ones via the browser as that will actually still take into account your locality regardless of being signed in our out of google.

Business Address SERP problem in Google- What DO?
Hi Qlkasdjfw, If you are encountering this problem with your customers, I'm assuming you are either friends with the owner of the Tustin dealership and he is letting you know about it, or customers are reporting directly to you that they visited the wrong dealership first. If the latter, I would grill them about how, exactly, they searched for this. My guess would be that they simply got confused about the 2 Auto Center Roads being so close together...not that they were doing searches for '30 Auto Center Road', because I just can't get my head around someone performing a search like that. Maybe they would even show you on their cell phone (if they used a cell phone) exactly how this happened, so that you would have more information about whether customers, in general, are puzzled by 2 identical road names in a 7 mile area (which probably confuses so many people) or if they would actually search for a business by looking up an address, instead of the business type or brand.

Use of title tags on divs for SEO purposes
I remember tests being done in the past and title tag in a link does not pass relevance to the linked page, but it could possible add relevance to the linking page to make that clear, image page A has this link dogs Then page B may rank for dogs even if the page has no mention of dogs because the link text has passed relevance, but I will not do the same for cats. But if page B was about cats, then it may be possible that search engines see this link coming from a relevant page because of the title attribute. Probably not, but posible

When do you use 'Fetch as a Google'' on Google Webmaster?
I hazard to say that if the new product was in the sitemap it would have also appears in the SERPs. We submit sitemaps every day and products are in the index within hours. I guess the GWMT manual submission is okay if you need to manually fix some pages, but then it asks the question, how your SEO efforts could not make those visible to bots (via link structure or sitemaps).

Similar Websites, Same C Block: Can I Get a Penalty?
It appened the same to me. I used everything disavow, link removal, everything so like you i decided to do a new website that now is ranking well and bringing me the good traffic although it as been almost a year and in the first 6 month the old one penalized still reported better conversions Know they are ranking almost the same on alexa, as the site as been penalized for especific keywords, and not for long tail wicht old web still on first position, but for content old web still ranking first on lots of long tail searches althought will never rank well for main keywords. It is hard to leave an old domain with lots of years that was a reference and with good authority to one with no authority And harder is to take all content of it. Keep working man Note: i have my websites propdental.com (old) and propdental.es (new) on different servers with no linking i just placed a no linking banner telling people to go to new website. I time i will plan to remove all content, but for know as i dont need it i did not remove it, and besides lots of websites as copied my content so if i change to my new site maybe i will have the content copied that was first copied from me. It is a risk i am not willing to But with time you will see that the money from the old site will dropp as the one for the new one will rise Best wishes

Wordpress Hatom problem
What usually happens with these sorts of warnings is that WordPress likes to strip out micro-format data. Without seeing the site or knowing what you're trying to accomplish, I can't very well help you diagnose the problem. Ultimately you'll want to look through the microformats syntax and see what your code is lacking. You may need to modify the theme (e.g. the div around the author) or use a plugin to help with author hCards. If author info is all you care about, it's generally enough to add the proper tags and links to the author bio on the post. I've never used any plugins for microformats.org, but there are plenty: http://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/hcard Are you tied to microformats.org? I've successfully used http://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-schemaorg-rich-snippets/ for schema.org snippets.

Page not cached
Ok, well that case it just may not be cached yet, i know that being indexed and cached do not necessarily happen concurrently, and the cache should catch up in a few weeks. Im trying to find some resources to back this up now.

Authorship and Circles
"This girl" is Vanessa Fox, and she is one of the most reputed SEO out there, apart being an ex Googler and having worked in creating Google Webmaster Tools. Said that, the number of people circling her has no effect on rankings. What may have an effect is the old good PageRank her Google Plus Profile may have (and PR of the people who follow her). In fact, every link on G+ that shared with the "Share link" function (and not reshared), is a followed link, hence pass link equity. So, what people sometimes attribute to an until not ghostly AuthorRank, in reality is a more classic Link Graph effect.
