Breadcrumb markup
Hi, I always tell the clients, "play with Google's toys" she likes that! It's beneficial as time goes on and these become more and more valuable. I don't believe that less is more applies with Schema, it's growing and becoming more and more valuable to ease the index-ability, build relevance and to stand out above your competition. So, yes add breadcrumb schema, would be my opinion.

Wix platform
Sounds like he is using a free version of WIX hence the letters and numbers, if he paid the subscription fee and hosting he can pick a unique domain name with no letters/numbers

Unique Pages with Thin Content vs. One Page with Lots of Content
I completely agree with Bryan on this one on all counts. As for how you go about structuring this content process, it really depends on just how limited your time is. If you go through each landing page and write a sufficient amount of content (my recommendation is always 1500+ words per primary landing page), is it going to take you weeks to get this done or are we talking more like 6 months? Also, don't neglect the user experience in your planning process. If the vast majority of your users are arriving on the site looking for one particular thing, make sure they're going to land on a page rich in value; don't just give it an arbitrary 100 words to stave off the search engine Gods and move on!

Should I establish a Webmaster Tools site per language?
In theory - yes, but here is how look in practicle: http://www.stateofdigital.com/google-broken/ Just check examples with "bandwagon" or "carro". I'm not sure how this happen but i can often see similar results since our Bulgarian language is close to Russian. So in bulgarian SERP i can see sometimes russian results. Of course result is relevant, just different country. I also have site related to Greek language. But this site can be visited from Cyprus and other worldwide locations due keywords. I can attach SearchConsole and Analytics screenshots if you don't believe it.

PDF Instructions come up in Crawl report as Duplicate Content
Yes, you absolutely should add unique text to each of these pages. Not only so that they aren't flagged as duplicate, but because it's always an SEO benefit to have more good content. If you don't have the capacity to write such content, however, you may want to remove them from indexation. The reason that these pages are being flagged as duplicates is that Google isn't parsing these PDFs. Which means that, all Google and others see are pages with no content and an iframe. It's also pertinent to note that Moz will flag anything with more than 90% overlap as a duplication. I hope this helps!

After HTTPS upgrade, should I change all internal links, or a general 301 redirect is better?
Hi again. I've seen it. Quite honestly I disagree with absolutes being a priority. The arguments, presented in that WBF don't really work for me against the pain in development (I believe she mentioned even more drawbacks). Also, from my experience I have not seen any (at all) benefits in any way (SEO or loading speed) from having absolutes, rather than relatives.

Google search result dramatically dropped with drop in DA.
You need to check this post from Rand first: https://moz.com/community/q/da-pa-fluctuations-how-to-interpret-apply-understand-these-ml-based-scores I if you have drop in 11/19 then this can be related with unconfirmed update. But update on 11/13 i didn't know. Can you share SearchConsole and/or Analytics here?

Should I consolidate products that only vary by color?
He did, I apologize for not updating this sooner. Thanks for your help EGOL, and Matt. This site is pretty amazing. I think by focusing on google so much, some of the magic as rubbed off. Love the site's design too, as a designer. Anyway, thanks again. Paul

Site no indexed after a week loadbalancer, cache-control?
I'd be happy to take a deeper look. Generally speaking, if Moz and Google can reach the pages via their crawls, it should be indexable. Would you be willing to share the actual URLs with me via Private Message? Thanks

Page title in Google search is defferent
This has to do with Click Thru Rates (as well as visitor performance metrics once a user lands on the page) and what Google thinks serves as a better Title. In a nutshell, Google is providing a better page title for you. For you, this means create a better page title. Look at your search queries in Google Webmaster Tools. Look at your particular landing page and notice the differences the main search impression keyword phrases and the Page Titles that Google ends up delivering in search results. Use this to your advantage to optimize click thru rates. It's likely that they think your brand name so much coincides w/ your product, that you may be better off using it in the front of the Title, instead of at the end. Hard to say w/out knowing more specifics, but we're about to publish a piece on this topic regarding leveraging Page Titles for increases in click through rates -- one of the main problems is the fact that Google keeps modifying them. Turns out, that's a good thing though!

What to do with repetitive content
Thanks EGOL. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. The competition definitely isn't thin, so I think combining things is best. So would you 301 redirect those URLs or leave the pages up and canonicalize them? The accounting guide idea is interesting. I'll give it some thought. The company offers electronic medical records software for a niche medical field, so it includes billing, scheduling, patient records, and practice management.

MOZ Pro Has Not Helped Yet. What is Going On?
Hi Tony, SEO can, frankly, be frustrating. As others have noted here, it takes time, even if you do everything by the book. Have you ever used the Keyword Difficulty Tool in Moz Pro to run a competitive analysis? It might give you some insight. There's a video on it here.

Each page with a different meta description?
Yes - each page CAN have different meta description with different text. This isn't prohibited. This is REQUIRED! https://moz.com/learn/seo/meta-description Also you can go in Google SearchConsole: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/html-suggestions?hl=en and see do you have "Duplicate meta descriptions" and link to them.

406 http error
Sound as error with mod_security and it's configuration. You must check in hosting control panel (cPanel/WHM/webmin or other) http error log. There is information what's really happening in execution of this wp-login.php. Unfortunately we can't help you and you need to contact your hosting provider to resolve this.

Fetch as Google
Google will recrawl the page much quicker and is more likely to update it's index based on any changes you made to the page (or index it for the first time). As Ria said, there is no downside.

Meta Titles On Site Different From Google Index Page
If you look at Google's cache, you will see they have cached the page with the correct (user defined) title.

Why did I take a nose dive on november 6?
Those particular forum links are definitely low-quality. "Black-hat" is kind of a loaded phrase, I find, but if you had a lot of links like those, you'd be potentially getting yourself into trouble. The problem is that, when most of us see low-quality links, we assume there are more like it. Right now, those links aren't showing up, so that may be an assumption. The other issue is that, if your link profile is weak right now - if these really are the only links you have - then the quality of those few, initial links can matter even more. It's very important to start out with a solid base, or even a chunk of medium-spammy links can hit you a lot harder.
