Can i use the same keyword or similar keyword on title tag of multiple page ?
Personally I would say be very careful with creating pages with minor keyword differences. While it is possible to rank more than one page for a keyword, be careful about site-wide stuffing. In short your home page for 'Dubai City Apartments' is still likely to rank for 'Dubai Apartments' due to the only variation in the keywords being the word 'city'. The homepage is relevant for both keywords. Only if you think another page will add value for your visitors should you add that page at all. Hope this helps.

New Site Structure
Hey Giuseppe For the brand name, "London Escape" will be fine. Google will recognise this as your brand name no problem. In fact, what you might see and what is currently present in a few search results is that Google promotes this brand term to the front of the page. For a lot of Keyword 1 | Keyword 2 | Brand Name title tag formats, Google is rewriting the search engine result like this: Brand Name: Keyword 1 | Keyword 2 Doesn't seem to have any beneficiary or adverse effect on rankings, but it certainly shows that Google is able to recognise your brand name when written in separate words. Hope this helps.

Multi page with title with same keywords
Hi there! Here's an article about solving keyword cannibalization issues (targeting multiple pages for the same keywords) that I thought you might find helpful. It's quite old, yet relevant to your situation - http://www.searchenginejournal.com/keyword-cannibalization-and-how-to-handle-it/8084/. I also highly recommend reading Moz's Beginners Guide to SEO. Chapter Five is all about keyword research. Let us know how things go!

Sites went from page 1 to page 40 + in results
Are your sites cross-linked at all (I'm not seeing anything obvious)? The cascade effect across all of them almost suggests they were either (1) seen as a link network, or (2) you're using the same link strategy across all of them. I'd watch the keyword stuffing - your titles are pretty aggressive, and then you repeat those lists in the copy at the top and bottom of the page. It's borderline at best. I don't think it's enough to get multiple sites penalized, but it may not be helping you right now. You've got a duplicate of the London Escape home-page floating out there in the index: http://www.londonescape.com/index.php?option=com_wesearch&task=loginVIAFacebook Might want to add rel=canonical to the home-page, just to sweep up things like that. You're indexed and I'm able to get the site ranking on very targeted keywords (exact-match and fairly unique), but you fall off the map for everything else. That's definitely indicative of a link-based penalty.
