There are several things I see factoring in this.
1. It has a very low Google Keyword competition so it's not going to be that hard to get.
2. The best description I can give is Adobe. Adobe doesn't have to advertise reader on their site, it's on every computer in the world and it's listed and tens of thousands of website linking back to adobe.
3. I only compared springhomes to cheriseselley and found springhomes has twice as strong of a page rank showing their links are considered better by google.
4. Both have good domain age.
5. Alexa lists cheriseselley as an India based company. Check it out. If Alexa is reporting your traffic coming from India it will not help your ranking in the U.S.
My advise go to the local news papers, TV stations, etc.. and pay for a small static text link for the above mentioned text to help build your PR. Remember, it's not just the number of links it is the quality and location of them.
Hope this helps.
