How to improve the review to the website ?
Hi Guy, Edmond has give some thoughtful feedback. The one suggestion I would be careful of is the one in which a central device at an office is being used to encourage reviews. If reviews stem from the same IP address (known as a review kiosk) they are likely to be flagged by Google as spam, so that is not something I would recommend. I would also be careful about offering incentives for reviews. Google's stance on this has been very strange, and is worth researching. Beyond this, though, having print materials to hand to the client at the time of service is a great idea, as is educating key members of the staff to request reviews. Whitespark has a great, free handout that you can brand with your own company logo that gives directions for leaving a Google+ Local review. You'll find it here: http://www.whitespark.ca/review-handout-generator/ *Just remember, the one review platform on which you cannot ask for reviews is Yelp. Their guidelines forbid soliciting reviews in any way. Additionally, if you have good customers who simply are not going to go on the Internet to leave you a review, but who would be happy to give you a hand written testimonial, you could get them to write you one at the the time of service, or in a follow up email, and you can turn these into testimonials you post on your website. You can use Schema review markup to encode these reviews, giving you a chance that Google will display stars on your results in the search engine results. This is a good solution for customers who are not tech savvy. Remember, no business needs to earn a huge number of reviews all at once. A little, slow trickle of them over time is a much better signal than a whole bunch at once. Here's a post I like, by Phil Rozek, about Google+ Local reviews. I think you might like it, too: http://www.localvisibilitysystem.com/2013/04/04/the-complete-guide-to-google-pluslocal-reviews-and-especially-how-to-get-them/ Hope this helps!

Website that lost ranking and now starting to recovery
I don't think anyone will be able to give you a concrete answer to this question. If you had a sitewide penalty and it was revoked, then you will likely find yourself returning to good rankings for brand terms. If you had a partial match penalty then how you do after the penalty is lifted depends on why you were penalized. If it was for a particular keyword, you can see some improvements. For example if you produced a widget that linked back with a keyword rich phrase and now you have removed or disavowed all of those, AND you have good links that could support natural rankings for this keyword, then, once the penalty is removed you could see a good improvement in that keyword. I have seen some sites bounce back to top 3 in cases like this. But, what I have found is that many sites who have a partial match issue do not see much improvement in rankings. The reason for this is that the previous rankings were almost completely based on the power of unnatural links. So, removing those links is not going to make a difference. You may find that you see a further boost the next time Penguin updates as well.

Need SEO Advice for different languages and How to optimize the page
If you have an online store dedicated to selling shoes in France, I would focus less on how to optimize and more on getting someone that is fluent in French and native to France. You are going to have to give that person the time to really translate your site from a French person's (someone that lives in France) perspective. All the site content. Once you have accomplished that and used the correct implementation of HREFLANG and the meta language content tag (for Bing), let it sit for the time being. See how much traffic it garners. Get user input, check internal search patterns. If you aren't already tracking internal site search, please do that. If you don't allow internal site search, add that and track it in analytics. Only then do you optimize for specific text.

The Website Ahead Contains Malware! - How to deal with this ?
Something like that happened to me and, i installed the OSE Firewall http://wordpress.org/plugins/ose-firewall/ It worked better than Sucuri wich is payed, although in Sucuri they give help to you. Also try to speak with your server, they can help you find strange files and do a check up on server and database.

Website that just got hit....Need some tips or ideas...
Hi Edmond, Chris is right. I haven't notice anything in the past couple of days and I haven't seen any buzz from anyone else. Usually, if someone in Google sneezes, the SEO news outlets go nuts. I wanted to clarify something Chris didn't touch on, though. You seem to be referring to the Google Toolbar PageRank update that happened a few days ago. I wanted to clarify for you that the update didn't affect rankings. The Toolbar PageRank is just a general indicator of a site's pagerank in the context of Google's current index. It's just an indicator (and an unreliable one at that), not something that causes anything to happen. Kurt Steinbrueck OurChurch.Com

Tool/way to check and to get conversion rate from a keywords ?
I was more thinking about,to see/spy on your competitors and see the keywords that give them the best conversions... If you are a T shirt website in London so you will know very easy who is your competitors, and if you can know the key that work for them, like if they working on 5 same keywords for the last 1 year so these keys probably work for them. This is more or less what i was thinking... Thank you guys
