I've looked at your homepage and the copy is presented in big paragraphs which is definitely not easy to skim. I think you should divide your copy into small segments so that users can get the information quickly. Check out Moz homepage for a good example.
With regard to the scorecard from Yoast, I wouldn't worry much about it. It will give you the "green" light if you have keywords in your content. To me user experience is more important than having overly optimized content. The problem with focusing on scorecards like Yoast is that you could end up stuffing keywords into the copy instead of providing a readable, useful, and informative content to users.
