You may be seeing this discrepancy because we only provide the option to check Google Belgium (which defaults to Dutch) in Rank Tracker, rather than breaking Google Belgium into language specific engines, as we do in the campaign. It seems that, in the campaign, you are are tracking the campaign under Google Belgium-French, which may mean that the system is pulling rankings from different datacenters and the results can be different between the two languages. It's also important to note that Rank Tracker is an older tool that works off of a completely different system than the campaign rankings, but we are working to align it with our campaign rankings collection and include more of the search engine options that you have with the full campaign.
