SEO + Structured Data for Metered Paywall
So you would suggest holding off using any kind of structured data to inform Google that a (metered) paywall is in place? If the option to exempt Googlebot is not available, should we proceed with structured data? I think my main thing is - I know structured data is imperative for hard paywalls, but I am not sure if it will be detrimental or harmful to add the paywall structured data when there is a METERED paywall in place. I want all the content o be indexed and ranked, and am not sure if metering is considered cloaking. Thank you!

Outbound Links for Local SEO
Hey, We absolutely recommend externally linking to local relevant attractions. This is great from a user point of view as you are endorsing local events/services/attractions which is more likely to encourage customers to stay in that area and hopefully your hotel. Additionally, you are giving Google clear signals that your hotel website is relevant to that local area because of the geo citations and building of local authority. Hope this helps! Salience

Cleaning up Multi-Location Franchises for a Driving School
Bulk would be good if you did not have all the problems you currently have. The big flag I see is having listings out there with the wrong address #1 and also having an address showing when they are SAB's. I would tackle them one by one since you clearly have unique issues with each profile. I would budget about 2 hours of time for each, and work with Twitter support to get things cleared up (not phone support, unless they are USA based)
