I can't see why 1 and 1 should be causing you issues with getting info on SeoMoz. Have you used their site creator? Have you looked at your sites info through Google Webmaster Tools - does that give you any clues? Obviously SeoMozs index is huge but doesn't contain all sites and as with any search engines index the best way to get into it is to get some decent links pointing at your site which are followed.

Many thanks for the in-depth response Marcus!! Yes another UK body! Along with my reading I shall definitely take this on board and hopefully reflect it in my work. In regards to the attachment showing the Link Analysis, any ideas why it seems to show nothing?
