I am almost 100% sure it is spam attack of your competitors. Actually you should better quickly disable those links or you can be penalized by Google

How to Handle Multiple Locations
Hi vzPro, Absolutely. Schema for local is a very good thing to use whenever a physical address exists. Also, thought you might like to read a fairly recent article of mine on the topic of city landing pages. A lot of folks have told me it helped them to understand their opportunities. What is better for SEO, keeping a current blog or creating a new one?
If the blog is on a separate URL I would set up a new blog on the actual domain of the site and import the DB from the off site blog, and keep the content but under the main domain instead. Redirect the old blog URL to the new domain.com/blog/ URL. That is assuming that you aren't getting a huge amount of traffic from the blog which is driving traffic to the main site and converting.

Is pointing multiple domains to a single website beneficial for SEO or not?
The information provided here has been helpful. What is the best use for NEW DOMAIN EXTENSIONS? I have built a website around "####.online" and have now purchased many more domains with new extensions. Examples = "####.taxi", "####.services", "####.tours", "####.community", "####.restaurant", "####.villas", "####.business", "####.cafe", "####.energy", "####.solar", "####.cruises", "####.events", "####.fish", "####.news", etc etc etc...I have several more. The "####" is a specific place, a touristic destination. What is the best way to bring these domains together in a whitelist approach in order to improve ranking around searches related to "####"???
