When is Too Many Categories Too Many on a eCommerce site?
All the categories are based on what my customers search for in my nav or based on what discovery related keywords they search for. My worry is that this is endless, as there are literally thousands of categories that I could be creating. If you have 5 or more products that are relevant to a keyword, should you not create a category for your customers to find, rather than just a product page, (offering your customers more options)? Thanks,

.com or .co.uk
You need to use domain extension most of your clients familiar with. Yes, .com is international and most recognized, but I'd say it only for global brands or sites with no geo targeting or clients in one specific country. In your case, the UK buyers will be more likely to click and visit you, because they all know about .co.uk and more confident to click on "local" sites (more trust). I have a similar situation with two e-commerce sites in France and Russia where same domain name .com redirects to .ru and .fr.

Only The Google Plus URL Appearing In Organic Search (No Images or Info)
Hi there. Well, there is no way to make Google display exactly what you want, but, what you might need to look into is the schema markup for your knowledge graph - https://developers.google.com/structured-data/customize/overview Also, make sure you have image optimization on the website (alt tags, titles etc), as well as images on G+ account - it seems that that's where knowledge graph images are being pulled from. Also you need to make sure that everything on your google my business account is properly setup. And, finally, you can call google and ask them to look if there is anything wrong going on. Other than that - it's the matter of time. Hope this helps.

URL Structure On Site - Currently it's domain/product-name NOT domain/category/product name is this bad?
Category pages are useful to help users browse deeper into your site; however, I doubt you are seeing significant SEO impact from not having your category folder in your product URLs. In general, it's usually better to keep a page at the same URL rather than to move it, and having a slightly more "SEO-friendly" URL wouldn't provide enough SEO benefit to be worth the risk and hassle that moving all of your product pages would take. I think it's fine to leave it how it is.

Adult Toys Sites
There is nothing majorly different. The biggest thing is that the adult industry is plagued with spammy techniques so it can be tough to achieve rankings and disheartening when you're doing things legitimately and you see spammers getting rankings and Google doesn't smack them down soon enough. You have to get creative, which is why PornHub is such a great example in the industry. Best luck!

Breadcrumb Trail Markup
Hi there It doesn't matter - I include the current page just in case and to always help search engines understand the architecture. It always felt odd to me if I didn't include it because I am just giving a "partial" structure in my mind by NOT including the current page. My vote - include it. Like Google says you can either add it or leave it, so it's not going to hurt you either way! Hope this helps! good luck!

60,000 404 errors
Hi there Check your sitemap and update your internal links. This usually helps takes care of a major portion of your problem. From there, check your backlinks and make sure you update those that are relevant to your site and remove those that are not. I would take a look at the 404 list - see what pages you could easily redirect to relevant pages the user would still find valuable, and custom 404 the others. You could also 410 pages, but I would use that wisely, because it's not really that necessary. Lastly, here's a great resource from Matt Cutts on SEW that helps SEOs handle eCommerce 404s. Hope this helps! Good luck!
