Hreflang vs canonical
Answer to the quick question: The reason of having the same content (e.g. solution/product/reference) page, is that the international content can be used for a local (e.g. /us) page as well. Sometimes, it's really needed to localize the content, sometimes the same content as the international one can be used. 1. Good, that's how it's done now. 2. Yes, very good explanation for this question. Thanks Thomas! 3. True. Perhaps we should not look this from an seo point of view but from a market perspective. I got some ideas, thanks

SEOmoz ranking report SERP
No it does not get the serps from that location. Mainly because you are not based in that location and therefore Google will still pull the data from your closest data center. According to Google, _the gl parameter boosts search results whose country of origin matches the parameter value _ Therefore, you won't get exactly the same results as if you searched from the location itself.

Influential users who have retweeted my tweet
We just made a change that should make this list a little more clear. If you tweet something and mention yourself in the tweet, it will show up in this list. For example, if someone on the @SEOmoz account tweeted, "Broken Link Building Guide: From Noob to Novice - http://mz.cm/w0FdTQ - New YouMoz on @SEOmoz" then the application considers you as someone who has mentioned your account. I hope that answers your question. Let me know if you have any more! Thanks!
