Best way to create content in Google Plus to help SEO
No one has mentioned authorship here. My local listings have benefited greatly from my Google plus authorship showing up in search. In my experience Google+ has worked well for me, so I feel validated in recommending it. Yes it might just be a fad that will eventually be extinguished, but you need to take part and be engaged to get the benefits from it. It is another free channel to reach your audience and being linked to Google should provide higher authority, because they can directly measure engagement. Google plus is also an excellent learning resource, with some terrific content being shared by authorities in every field. Content on Google+ needs to be visual. Yes your posts can also show snippets of content and link directly to your site, but a visual hook is going to work well, because of the speed at which people scan through the posts. Having title text within the images can also be beneficial. I have been on Google+ almost from day one, and the access to game changers and authority's in the field of SEO and SEM has been invaluable. The best resources for Google+ engagement are on Google+. Just type the question into the search bar and the very latest posts and information is there for you to see. Do you need to be engaging on Google plus in this industry - well yes, because why not?

Doubt with no follow links: disavow or no action?
It really depend on what those 'no follow' links are. Generally they cannot hurt you, but if they are done in a manipulative way eg mass blog comments, and furthermore if they are on bad sites - then they can hurt you - see Matt Cutts video with more info on this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSEqypgIJME watch?v=QSEqypgIJME

What do you think about this links? Toxic or don't? disavow?
Hi Nakul No, we have not generated those links. We had a 300 links in wmt, but only 3 or 4 were generated by us. I mean, that were the ones that were linking our 2 main sitews (company sites) with that blog. That's all. What we did is just change that links to no-follow. All the other links were just atomatically generated. What do you think? thanks

.edu or country TLD, which one would be better?
The .edu TLD is only available to institutions in the US. Further, it's limited to US-affiliated higher education institutions. So if your client were to purchase a .edu domain then anybody coming to the site would expect them to be US-based. But different countries do have their own education-related second-level .ac domains. So here in the UK ours is -surprise, surprise - .ac.uk. I've not seen any recent correlation data on whether having a .edu will improve rankings. I know there has been a lot of talk over the last few years about .edu/.ac and .org domains being inherently "more trustworthy" than other domain types, but my personal opinion is that's confusing correlation and causation: trustworthy institutions usually have .edu domains, it isn't the domain making them trustworthy. So changing to a .edu domain almost definitely won't help your rankings. It especially won't help your domain authority because this metric is concerned with measuring a range of things that you won't be changing, like your link profile.. Thinking about it, if changing to a .edu domain were to help your rankings in the US because that's a primarily US TLD then that same logic say that change would also harm rankings in your client's home country, which they definitely won't want!

Social Media Accounts for International Strategies
After considering my answer and Sylvana's, I would go with her solution. Separate pages. She is right, I also like scrolling over fan pages and it could be confusing if posts are in different languages. +1 Sylvana

Copying contents from a blog site (External) to a company blogsite (internal)
I'd want to step back a bit and strategize, set some objectives before proceeding. Determine what outcomes are expected, and while you're at it keep in mind how changes could improve user experience. Maybe end up consolidating if it makes sense as a way to improve rankings, possibly retire some of them by moving the content over to the main site and 301 redirecting everything. All depends on what we're specifically talking about of course, how well do all the domains rank now (including main), what content is housed where, how does it all inter-relate logically, how much traffic does each currently get, quality of that traffic in conversion terms, consider any trends: are any of them moving up or down lately, what inter-site referral volumes are happening, all that. To the dup content point: absolutely do not simply copy from one place to another. Hire a writer if necessary to add value by at least offering a different point of view on the material if there is any similar content in more than one place.
