Hi Everyone, I hope this message finds you well and you are all enjoying a spectacular day! This is a tricky issue, but the first thing to note is that our crawler is sadly fairly literal. In keyword rankings for example if you have the competitor google.com listed under the root domain and they are currently ranking for the sub domain www.google.com, then our crawler will have some trouble finding the pages. Due to the volume of requests we make we need to make sure that the sub domains match up before we can report the information properly for competitors. If you would like to write into help@moz.com a customer service representative should be able to take a look at your campaign. I have created my moz campaign before 2 week but still i have not found any crawl report of my campaign, not showing any keywords ranking details and no competitors sites link?How it will be take time for crawling.
