Followed all on-page rules no listing for target keyword :(
My first thought is that this topic is already well-covered in a competitive vertical, and it's going to take a lot more than on-page factors to get it ranking well. Has the content earned any links? I see it's got 14 social shares, but the top articles for "moving tips" have more than 500, and a few have thousands. What are you bringing to the table with this advice that others aren't already offering? Can you organize the info in a way that's more shareable? Develop a functional checklist that someone who's moving can actually print and use? Can you pitch a news story around it to local media? Interest for "moving tips" seems to really spike in June and July, so you're well-positioned to coordinate with peak seasonal interest right now.

Why won't Twitter give an "Estimated Audience Size" for a keyword-based paid ad?
No, you're not crazy, and you're not doing anything wrong. Twitter's advertising platform is still younger and somewhat less sophisticated than Facebook or Google. Some metrics such as audience size for keyword targeting are simply missing. As for geo-targeting, Twitter does provide the following options: Country State/Providence/Region Metro Area Postal Code Which while not as specific as Google Adwords Targeting, does allow you to narrow it down. My advice when working with Twitter is to experiment with smaller groups at first. As with any platform, the learning curve can be fairly steep. Hope that helps!

Code problem and the impact on links
In that case I wouldn't worry about it. Most webmasters won't really check the outgoing links, and if they do, they certainly wouldn't do it every day. Google is probably pretty lenient on this too, as they understand that occasional service outages occur. As long as your site was back up and running in a reasonable amount of time, you should be fine.

What are good sources to buy traffic and video views?
What are good sources to buy traffic and video views? If you want numbers then I don't think that there are any good sources. However, if you are promoting to a specific audience then try Adwords. Most SEOs don't recommend buying traffic... instead they recommend setting a goal of who you want to target and what you want them to do when they arrive at the site - then defining a traffic source to accomplish that goal. Possible traffic sources might be Adwords, banner ads on specific sites, etc. or it could be as radical as buying a successful website.

Will google punish us for using formulaic keyword-rich content on different pages on our site?
Agreed. Domain authority will play a significant role and more authoritative site may get away with it easier than a small one. I speak from what I have seen (not a speculation).
