I haven't used it for those purposes, but Craigslist would also want to know about that type of spam. If you're going to complain about a TOS violation, it's best that you not also violate their TOS. Give them as much information as possible -- search queries that show the ads from the same person, how you identify it as the same person/entity, and make sure the queries don't have any false positives.

First, I've done a lot of full site 301's - meaning all pages on the site to new domain pages, not domain to domain - and never lost 10% (usually 1%). Second, the answer was based on how you wrote the question. You could simply redesign one page (one with less PR, PA, etc. would be suggestion) and redirect it to the other. Hi, I think the one to be copied to the other may have existing indexing in Google, so in general speaking it should have better ranking already but depends on domain weight too...i think if possible, you'd better not to 100% do copy & paste because this could cause duplicate contents cross the different domains, they are competitor pages to Google, as google doesn't know they are belonging to same company. therefore, it could cause some ranking up and down, but i think it;s minimal.. my suggestion is: from seo perspective, choose which domain or page is more important to you, focus on that domain./pages on content creation and link building...or.. if you have time and energy, you could do different contents each time which i think is not realistic..thanks Boson
