Pagenation - Crawl Issue
Sadly, no. It's tricky, but your best bet is probably to deliver a non-AJAX version to Google (or make the AJAX crawlable, although that depends entirely on your implementation) and then use rel=prev/next on Google's version. This is tricky at best, but Google has to be able to crawl the paginated URLs somehow. Just so I understand - the "View All" isn't really a view all without being able to call the AJAX, right? Need advice on 301 domain redirection
Hey, in theory, this would be okay, but I would certainly do some quite specific redirects so each page on the first site points to the most relevant page on the second site. This is one of those things, in theory, if there is nothing untoward, then you will be fine. If you are doing this to gobble up the SEO value of site A and combine it into site B and you do it in an unnatural way, you may have problems. There is a good post here: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/seo-guide-how-to-properly-move-domains It's an old one about moving domains but it is a good one and is just as relevant today. Hope that helps! Is link exchange a reliable source to get back links?
Ya,link exchange is harmful for your site and it can also negatively impact on site's ranking. As Keri Said " Do keep in mind that it is against Google's guidelines to buy links for the purposes of passing page rank. " According to my experience One-way link gives more link juice then link exchange. In the past same question was asked you can get more ideas from these answers about the link exchange. http://www.seomoz.org/q/are-link-exchange-a-bad-idea

How to avoid content duplication of my websites
You will not have a duplicate content problem if the sites all target different countries. For each site, set your country target in GWMT. With sites targeting different countries but using same language you need to insure correct language meta tags (EN-US for US, EN-GB for UK. etc)

Keyword Self- Cannibalization
Ryan answered this question pretty well and I would like to add few points to it 1. As long as your site architecture is organic and designed for the user you should not be too concerned about page -keyword targeting. 2. Avoid have too many links on the page. Typically, there should not be more than 150 links on a page. 3. Make sure to have equal balance of content and images on the site. 4. Backlinks with good distribution of anchor text.
