Organization name as text vs. as a picture with alt text + Schema.org markup
Well, thank you so much, I appreciate it. No need to apologize about WordPress man everybody has their own thing. Be pretty boring if everyone had the same tastes. I think I added this reference twice but not intentionally, however, it's fantastic for schema. I also threw in a copy of one of my favorites the perfect website launch https://builtvisible.com/the-future-of-seo-structured-markup/ https://pantheon.io/sites/default/files/perfect-website-launch-pantheon-ebook_0.pdf I do believe there are huge positives to sites without databases or decouple WordPress installs are getting exciting. I thought you might want to check it out as it is a best of both worlds use any code including and HTML and the CMS is utilized as the backend only. Decoupling the perfect blend of CMS and pretty much your choice of languages. https://pantheon.io/blog/decoupled-architecture-wordpress-and-drupal https://pantheon.io/wordpress/wordpress-enterprise-six-reasons-why All the best, Tom

Using PPC in informational searches
Thank you for posting this! I had read another thread about a non-profit's Google grant, but I didn't fully put two and two together the relevance to this questions, plus how I should get on it with setting it up!

What to do with a site of >50,000 pages vs. crawl limit?
Hi Sean -- Can you clarify for me how competitors in a campaign figure in to the 50,000 page limit? Does the main page in the campaign get thoroughly crawled first and then competitors are crawled up to the limit? Some examples: If the main site is 100 pages, and I pick 2 competitors that are 100 to 1000 pages and a 3rd gargantuan competitor of 300,000 pages, what happens? Does it matter in what order I enter competitors in this situation as to whether the 100-page and 1000-page competitors get crawled vs. whether the limit maxes out on the 300K competitor before crawling the smaller competitors? If the main site is 300,000 pages, do any competitors in the campaign just not get crawled at all because the 50,000 limit gets all used up on the main site? What if the main site is 20,000 pages and a competitor is 45,000 pages? Thorough crawl of main site and then partial crawl of competitor? I feel like I have a direction to go in based on our previous discussion for the main site in the campaign, but now I'm still a little stumped and confused about how competitors operate within the crawl limit.

What day of the week should I set my campaigns up on?
I have competitors under each campaign, too. But it is limited to three competitors in each campaign, and I have a lot more than four websites I want to be able to compare. I suppose one way to get at this would be to check ranks manually every day for a week or two to get a sense of whether there is intra-week variation. I don't think I'll put forth that effort, though. Switching the one campaign to Monday would be way easier. Still, any other opinions or resources are welcome!
