If it's not in Webmaster Tools, is it Duplicate Title
Hello Darin, Typically search engines do a very good job of figuring out this particular issue. However, you may have a problem because the rel canonical tags are "self referencing". This means that the lower case version says "I'm the canonical!" and the upper case version says "No, I'm the canonical!" If your developers can force the rel canonical tags to be all lower case URLs (assuming that's what you want to go with as the canonical version) it should take care of any potential issues here. If they want to go ahead and update all internal links to make them lower-case as well it wouldn't hurt. Keep in mind their time and if they could be using it for more important matters that would have a better ROI. Summary: Fix the rel canonical tag issue by choosing one case or the other for that tag. Consider fixing internal links, as you suggested, if it isn't too time intensive verse other current projects, or at least add it to their plates as something to do in the future when they have time.

AdWords Spreadsheet Edit Feature Sunset
The reason that it's working so well for me is that it allows me to keep my bids in the positions that I want no matter what the competing bids are doing. I've used this formula-based approach for years, and while I sometimes have to adjust the variation off of the first-position estimates, I've found that it holds true across the board, and as such, I can nimbly adjust the keyword bids for tens of thousands of keyword in a few minutes. I can also run a far more complicated formula that tells me whether prices are going up or down across thousands of keywords. It's not all that complicated if you have a decent grasp on spreadsheet formulas.

Broken Links from Open Site Explorer
Whew! Big thread. Sometimes, when you can't find all the broken links to a page, it's easier simply to 301 redirect the page to a destination of your choice. This helps preserve link equity, even for those broken links you can't find on large sites. (and external links, as well) Not sure if this would help in your situation, but I hope you're getting things sorted out!

Duplicate Content & Canonicals
Thanks, Dr. Pete. I'll discuss the options with our dev team and see which one will cause the least amount of developer caffeine consumption.

Rich Snippets Correct in Tool, Not in Google
We've asked Gigya for help, but no love there. We're trying other ideas to implementing these, but no success yet.

Artist Bios on Multiple Pages: Duplicate Content or not?
Hi Darin, Let me add my 2 cents: If it makes sense from a usuability standpoint to have the author bio on the page, then by all means leave it there. What's most important, from a search engine point of view, is that the unique content on the page is the most important. This means placing the paragraphs about the print description front and center on the page. Since Panda, Google seems to treat page content using more of a Reasonable Surfer model in a similar manner as they handle links. That is, the higher up and more prominent the content, the more likely that weighs into their calculations to what the page is "about." Matt Cutts has previously said it only takes 2-3 sentences to make a page unique, but personally I think closer to a couple hundred words is a safer number. Hope this helps! Best of luck with your SEO.
