www.emorroidi-esterne.it is an older ( albeit slightly ) domain name and contains all of the information that emorroidi-rimedi.it does. The websites are very similar in code although rimedi.it at a glance does seem to have slightly better SEO in terms of coding.

I would hazard a guess that making the website so similar to another one you built on an older domain name is making it harder for the fresher one to rank. There will be a lot of other factors at play though.

Matt-POP posted a very good Moz Blog on this subject and it will be well worth reading through it all so you can see just how many factors are actually present.
