Unsure why anyone would make that as a good answer as it didn't help me at all.

We do a lot of WP sites for clients and I do not like the auto generated internal links plug ins. The problem is they have a tendency to link back in a loop to the page they are linking from and some over do the internal linking. The best bet in my opinion is to know that internal links are good as they can help spread link juice to deeper pages (use them judiciously) and they do help the bots crawl. So, IMHO, internal links are good but you need to do them by hand in my estimation so that you control them. Hope this helps

Internal links do pass MozRank (and PageRank) and they do help you to rank, but they don't pass nearly the same amount of juice or ranking power as external links. To that end, PA does use internal linking in it's calculation, though it's not as big of a factor.

Here is an example. It seems to be of little value to rank for: The word is "tool competition" and has a search volume for exact match is 46 and the CPC is over $17. However when I google that term I saw no ads on my US or Philippines IP addresses. So I'm GUESSING that there are ads targeting a website of high value.  I know very little about AdWords. Doesn't have much to do with SEO now that I think I figured it out.

Thanks, I also use Statcounter and have been using that by just browsing the list. Wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something here. Hmmm, I need to upload a picture too.

Oh I laughed about blaming it on the kids but personally, I think it is more likely the dog.  haha
