Does Moz track position 0, if yes then at what position?

I have some of keywords  for our website are appearing in featured snippet and Moz showing them ranking at #51+.

In starting it seems I assume it's a ranking fluctuation but this is there from quite a long time and still showing same results.

There are known vulnerabilities in VB4, which they will not fix. What are my alternatives? We run a forum with like 300K users, and 200 sub-forums. What we need something that is works great on search engines.

I have been recommended Xenforo, Hoo.la and Vanilla.
