If you 301 redirect them to the main site, Google will recognize the change and remove any listings. Expect the process to take 30 days.

Google WMT Change of address.

I think give it a few more days for the re direct to be picked up by Google, at the moment it is only 6 days ago. Is the redirect implemented at the tld level too?
