Try using a title that is more descriptive, keyword rich and entices people to click through.

e.g Business, Education and Jobs in Pakistan found at Learning All

Your meta description -<a class="attribute-value">Jobs in Pakistan, Study, business, Admissions, Past Papers, Date Sheets, Students, Cricket Updates, result, bise, education, news, Telecom, Board, Bank, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Learning All</a>

Try writing a sentence that describes what the page is about with a call to action such as  ' Latest Pakistani Business News, Education and Jobs, join in the conversation today at Learning All'

Your meta description at the moment is just a list of keywords. There is no SEO value in stuffing keywords in your meta description.

You are linking to your home page via your logo in the header.

However you are linking to this address http://www.klinehimalaya.com/index.php try linking to this address http://www.klinehimalaya.com/

This will remove your duplicate content issue.

Its best to noindex either your tags or your categories.

I know I have taken the view that it is best to noindex my tags to avoid duplicate content issues as duplicate content will have an adverse effect on your site.

You can noindex them through the Yoast Plugin on the Tiltles & Metas / Taxonomies tab.

If your disclaimer could be seen as keyword stuffing in the footer then yes this could have a negative effect.

As your domain name is repeated throughout the disclaimer then yes this could be a problem - your domain name is creditcards.com.au

If you need to keep the disclaimer in the footer of each page then have you considered using an iframe???

Using an iframe will mean the content will not be indexed but will still be visible to people using your website.

Yes I am waiting for updated reports on keyword rankings for one of my sites since 24 August.

I put a ticket in but still no response other than automatic email.

Would be nice to know that whatever the problem is it is being fixed!
