Further to what Keri was saying, no link tool out there promises to track/report every single link you have - not even Google's own Webmaster Tools. In fact it's only recently that GWT has increased reporting of incoming linking root domains. As long as the link is still on the page and the page is still indexable by Google (and it is - last cache date is Jan 26), then the link is still contributing to your ranking. Just because tools aren't reporting it doesn't mean it's not still contributing to your site's authority. Paul P.s.
