Assigning g+ page as author?
That's correct, Gina. Eliran, you need to set rel="publisher" on your home page and tie it to the company page on G+. Using rel="author" set to a company page won't work (it may check out as okay on the rich snippet testing tool, but it won't appear in the SERPs, and it won't tie the G+ page and the site together in the Knowledge Graph)

The right way for review count?
I can't see anything that specifically precludes you from counting you own review in that. However if there were a lot where the only review was you own I can see it could look like you were trying to manipulate things. If you were doing that I would definitely include the reviewer markup as well. That would make it really clear that you were being open about the source. This page might be useful, You've probably seen it already, but they are talking about mixed case there and seem fine with what you are suggesting: http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=146645&topic=1088474&ctx=topic

Someone not removing a link to our site
I pretty much tried it, I guess I shall wait a little longer for his reply. If none is given, I will disavow his link I guess. Thanks everyone !

My own brand name disappeared from google?
Hi Tom, Thanks again for your valuable reply, I appreciate it. if you consider those 1 page links from extremely related & trusted websites as "Low quality" links then I don't know what a good link is. However, those links you mentioned are links from partners we work with and none of them are sitewide, it doesn't violate TOS in any sort of way and those links are also bringing us relevant and converting traffic, regardless of SEO. the blogohblog you first mentioned is indeed a terrible mistake and it's under investigation. If you will check closely you will also see that we do not try to "push" any specific anchor our anchors are mostly general/related to the text anchors. This edu link comment you gave is worthless, i have no idea who put it there but in no way it should harm our website. Even with the blogperfume bug and the blogohblog mistake I honestly don't think we deserve any sort of slapping from google or our brand name to disappear so I think it is something else.

Noindex, Nofollow to previous domain
Hi Andrea, Thanks for your replies. I decided to retrieve the old domain and do 302 redirect from the new domain to the old one. I will let google index the old one completely once again and only then i will do 301. Would love to hear what you think about that. Thanks, Eliran.
