Does Word Order Matter in Local Keywords?
It will vary per niche and geography, so in general no I cannot say. With some phrases, the industry, and language people use will affect the volume. I would say find a set of local variations that you can rank for (perhaps a bit longer tailed) and compare them... but either way optimizing for both can provide good value.

Is this duplicate content okay?
I would not worry about it... That's like saying "For next day delivery lease make sure you order before 3pm monday - friday." - which is completely legit. It's when you have two pages that are almost the same you run into issues, or two urls for one page Or you are copying content from other sites.

How do you calculate Share of Voice?
That’s a really tough question, which I’m unsure if there’s a correct answer, in other forms of market segmentation, there are boundaries limited by media form or by the channel market etc. but the net is really too broad to gain an exact answer because it’s quite subjective. If you’re looking more at the competitive environment you could use the moz Keyword Difficulty & SERP Analysis to try and understand rankings vs authority + competition but be mindful that the long tail has many more variants that make it tough to get an exact answer, in the past I’ve looked at syfu to gain an understanding of paid market share based on spend but the limitations are on account structure. You can look at adwords to gain an understanding of local/ global impressions vs rankings to understand impressions share. For social Joanne Lord did a great video via distilled about social, I think it was on last month’s free video list. You can only make an educated guess by pulling as much competitive data from as many sources as you can. Sorry if that’s a bit broad!

High ranking but low traffic, what gives?
Brandon, You can't always trust what google tells you about traffic . Those numbers could be a long way off. Also, even if you think you have a good position, for some searchers, the positioning could be completely different.

How does a business name affect SEO?
You are losing the big picture......the content on the site is the content. New content can continue to focus on "eye care" or "eye center" regardless what the core name is....... Make sure if they change the name and change the url you redirect from the old url to the new. Remember, you also have the ability to generate additional "defensive urls' on the same subjects that support either term. Good luck. Please show me the thumbs up. Mark
