Changing Structure of Links... Yay or Nay?
In my own experience, good category names are very, very important. Have you prioritized your top 10 or 20 keyword search phrases? Those should be worked into your top level categories. I have recently seen reasonable benefits from redesigning categories and subcategories, and of course 301 redirecting popular old ones to the new ones diligently.

Excessive use of KeyWord?
Thanks for your Answer Anthony. If google is not too phased by this, Can I add the words "South Africa" to the new pages i will be making. 2 reasons for that is: 1, consistency. 2, better targeted keyword optimisation. p.s. I think in all honesty, by now google is pretty much aware that my site is south african related, and can make it's own algorithmical conclusions for placing us for SA related quires, but for consistency purposes. what do you think?

Migrating WP to a new Domain without loosing SEO stats
Hi Nikita If the co.za site objective is a brochure site and focused on attracting business in the SA market then keep the co.za site but make sure that the content is not duplicate to .com. The blogposts you have about "Burger King Cape Town" is perfect, since its related to the local market. For .com you want online tutorials so the focus of the 2 sites are different and therefore the keywords co.za and .com needs to rank for are different. Hope this helps.

Which domain is better - a Long descriptive or Short Abbreviated?
Hello everyone, Dana, Moosa, Francisco. Thanks so much for your input, I really appriciate it I have come to a point where I need to make a decision: My brand is a South African Band, but we target an international clientele. Should I buy the .COM or the .CO.ZA ? We would like to rank for mostly other countries, but south africa is important too. Thanks, Best Regards Nikita

Some pages on my site are not linked - should I add a Visual SiteMap?
I agree with Baldea, adding an actual (XML) sitemap will add enough value to Google and will also provide you within Google Webmaster Tools with some information about your indexation rates. Of course the best way would be to just make sure all the pages on your site are correctly linked to each other. Of course there are always some cases where you can't do that. In these cases I mostly prefer to use the sitemaps as well.

Should I Parent/Child my Website Pages (need help with terminology too)
Hi Niki, I think that your strategy to maintain the url short is good, it's always best to give short urls if they're descriptive enough. Normally the best thing to do is to give to users an URL which let them understand what a page is about without clicking into it, this may be beneficial also in linkbuilding since people linking to you with your url will involve also some traffic if the linking site is thematically related. About the structure I think that 3 categories are not that much, it really depends on how many products or child pages you have. The best thing to do is to organize them in a way which is thematically organized having all your page not more than 3-4 clicks away from your home, in that way you'll be sure that google can easily find and crawl them frequently because a page deep in your website may not be found or crawled that much.
