OSE generally updates every month, so it can take up to two months for a link to show up (if the link was added right after a crawl). Sadly, we won't be having an update today, and instead it is scheduled for April 27th. We have a blog post at http://www.seomoz.org/blog/linkscape-index-delay-explained that details why the date slipped. As a side note, at this moment (8:00 am Seattle time) Linkscape is having problems and OSE is down. We're working on it, and you can look to the SEOmoz twitter feed for updates.
