Website structure as it relates to keywords
i'm not so sure you need a folder for /owasso-movers/ it won't help for seo so do it only if you think you need the structure. and if you do, make it different keywords like /owasso-moving-companies/owasso-office-movers if you don't need it for structure then something like: .com/office-movers-in-owasso-oklahoma .com/furniture-movers-in-owasso-oklahoma depending on the amount of content you can provide, you might want to consider county pages as well. .com/office-movers-in-bergen-county-ok read up on adding local info such as zip codes, microformatting addresses and other local SEO optimization for these pages to be better geo targeted

Internal Linking for Local SEO
I think those keywords are all too similar to try to differentiate them on separate landing pages. I mean, with well written homepage copy and a few links, that one page should rank for all three terms-- "movers", "moving company", and "moving companies" when combined with "Tulsa". Do some additional keyword research to help you know what concepts you should center copy on for your other pages--it seems like your focus is very narrow, to me. If you're going after local, focus a lot of effort on your G+ Business Page and on building that profile.

I have a question about content
You have the right idea with internal linking just don't over optimize the anchor text from your blog to your site. As for content ideas your moving tips is a good start. I would also focus on getting customer reviews to help your local seo. Get either google places, trustpilot, or yelp reviews. Other ideas could be moving nightmares to avoid, average cost of a move, moving scams, how to pack for a move, etc. The more creative you get the better results you will have. I highly recommend doing at least one info graphic per month.
