I hate to be the bearer of bad news - I'm afraid that because Wix creates websites entirely with javascript this is an issue for our crawler and for SEO in general, so this is definitely the problem:(. This is a thread on our Q&A which talks about this issue: https://moz.com/community/q/negative-references-to-javascript-in-beginners-guide-to-seo-chapter-4#reply_330533 If your site is primarily Javascript, then the data you get back with regards to the crawl report won't be completely accurate because of this and we'll have a really hard time crawling in general, because our crawler functions by following html links. There's no real workaround that I can recommend for this one, since it is a technical limitation of our tools:(. While the tools and data that rely on our crawl of your site may not return the best results because of that Javascript, your keyword rankings and link profile should work just fine. You might also want to check out a few tools that are compatible with Javascript, like Botify or Screaming Frog.
