Hiring SEO Management Firm. Budget & References
Some companies have several in-house people working all day, every day on SEO. At my office we have three full time people. Two of us (an employee and I) work almost full time making rain. One person does fulfillment and customer service. (Each week we also get a few hours of work from part time help, and we get a few hours per week of outside SEO consulting and programming). Honestly, I worry that we are not shoveling the coal fast enough. There are companies out there if they took a mind to it they could completely crush us.

After Server Migration - Crawling Gets slow and Dynamic Pages wherein Content changes are not getting Updated
Thanks all for Inputs I searched Google and found this note from Google which may happen post server migration https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6033412?hl=en&ref_topic=6033383 A note about Googlebot’s crawl rate It’s normal to see a temporary drop in Googlebot’s crawl rate immediately after the launch, followed by a steady increase over the next few weeks, potentially to rates that may be higher than from before the move. This fluctuation occurs because we determine crawl rate for a site based on many signals, and these signals change when your hosting changes. As long as Googlebot does not encounter any serious problems or slowdowns when accessing your new serving infrastructure, it will try to crawl your site as fast as necessary and possible. Add on Thompson Paul - Appreciate - yes its a good suggestion, will see to include sitemap

Tips for Modern SEO in 2015
SEO in 2015 is all about refinement of focus and effort. I came up with what I call the 5 super signals of SEO a while back and that's more valid now than ever. QUART - Quality Uniqueness Authority Relevance Trust Every single thing you want to do for SEO needs to be passed through the QUART test - and score as high as possible on as many of those five as possible. Its not about perfection though. So for example, if an individual factor on an individual page, or the cumulative factors on an individual page, or section of a site, or entire site score strong enough in quality, uniqueness and relevance, the authority and trust scores will eventually grow but don't need to start out as high. Links are absolutely still important in 2015. Its just that the threshold for acceptability is radically different nowadays. So again, quality and relevance are crucial for sustainable success. And the more authority the page / section / site has that link comes from, the more trust that link will get. Its more challenging for small business to compete than ever before obviously, and its true that some sites STILL rank using tricks and system gaming tactics because no matter how much goes into search engine algorithms, some players will just continue to devote so much energy and effort to manipulation that some of those will break through.

Unable to download OSE Backlink attachment. Showing error
Hey Everyone, Starting yesterday afternoon, we had a an outage that caused the reports permissions to fail. The issue is now corrected and you should be able to run new reports with no issue, but we are still working to regenerate the reports that were requested during the outage with the proper permissions. In the meantime, you can re-create reports that you are unable to download if you are unable to wait for a final resolution for the original reports. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Chiaryn

Removing 301 redirect from 2.5 yr old domain
If you remove the redirection, you remove the link juice from any links to site B that was flowing to site A. Having a link or two from B to A won't likely provide near the link juice of the redirects (I see 10 domains linking to site B today). Still, we're only talking about the link juice from 10 domains, so it's not a huge deal.

Why is Google Webmaster suddenly started showing hundreds of HTML Improvements
There are some potential ways to solve this situation. 1.Close indexation of duplicate urls in robots.txt 2.Set up derictive in GWT delete urls from index with parameters that identify duplicate content. Disavow tool for blocking 4 to 5 sites for Article Republishing
Sure, thanks. But am surprised that why the spam links are not referred in complete by Majestic & Open Site as against Google Webmaster - which has much more comprehensive data. What i observed through Open Site - around 4 to 5 spam domains Majestic seo - added another 4-5 domains Google Webmaster - was biggest surprise, when found even porn sites linking. Have never checked latest links from Google WT - infact have explored all links created in last 2 yrs. Has spent good 4-5 hrs checking page authority, domain, relevance and came to conclusion for some 55 spam domain linking to site (of which 15 do not exist as on date or url been nofollowed) - which were not mentioned in both Majestic & Open Site Explorer As advised - Have disavowed all of them !!

Does Backlinks from User Profile Page Still Matter
I think it definitely does. I have a website that only has a link from my Google Plus page and that page has a domain authority of 20 (It's only about two months old). Moz's dofollow link to my homepage of my website gave me a boost in rankings. Most profiles pages don't have dofollow links in general, so when you do get one it can be powerful. If everyone on the site gets a dofollow link from their profile I would probably think it would diminish the value of it. Since most of them that do offer dofollow have some sort of threshold (like Moz does) I tend to believe that it bears more weight. Just know it isn't just a simply yes or no question. If the site that is giving the link is a poor site, then it an actually hurt you, just like any other link.

Pages linked with Spam been 301 redirected to 404\. Is it ok
You may want to consider using a 410 in the place of a 404 as it tells Google not to come back the link is dead.

Backlinking 3 sites from same domain and backlinking main site too
i cant really answer that because i do not see the purpose of other sites. Reciprocal links arent really needed but you might just be thinking of maybe the 3 will pass link juice back to the main site. Honestly, you can just do it. It's just a few and it doesnt really matter at this moment. Just focus on other link building work instead of worrying about it Good luck Gagan

Press Release SEO. More than 90 press released in prweb. How good for seo
Yeah, turn around online and someone will tell you don't write a press release without being newsworthy. That's not a realistic deterrent. You're going to be able to squeeze just as much link juice from Squidoo as you will from PRWeb or any of the other large PR distro companies. People will always publish mediocre sub-par releases for link value. Why? Because they see it as a short cut. From what I've seen, you can still eek SEO value out of it. But, Tom is right. The only SEO-value I would consider to be long-term is external online pickups.. editorial mentions from sites outside of the normal distribution network. Don't count on PRweb.com link lasting or passing full value.. or any value for much longer.

Rel Next and Previous on Listing Pages of Blog
My gut feeling is that that's not really worth worrying about right now - 10 pages of paginated blog post summaries can easily be crawled and indexed and isn't going to dilute your index. Where we usually see problems on blogs is if you have a log of categories/sub-categories, including tags. Some sites with 100 articles end up with 300 pages of search results, because they have 50 tags, etc. That can end up looking thin fast. Ten pages of results is nothing, IMO.
