As you can see site X already linking WelcomeMat. And link inside WelcomeMat about WelcomeMat is now internal linking betweek WelcomeMat.

That's why IMHO from SEO point of view there isn't value. Just meaningless. But now let's see from user point of view. Site X/Y link some video and user want to learn more about real estate, offer or site. Then they can click on link and will go to your site. And there "magic" happen because you get new visitor from this video.

Also please note that once people place this code on their sites this link to WelcomeMat is now out of your control. This mean that you can receive links from low-quality sites, penalized sites, overseas sites, etc. Later this can trigger Penguin algorithm. That's why you need to evaluate all pros and cons wisely.

  Correct way is to replace "javascript(0);" with "javascript:void(0)" or with "#". Only this patch in WordPress theme (look around header.php) will stop 404s._](javascript(0);)

Or you can leave but change their links to pass some URL shortener - bit.ly or t.co until they comes with HTTPS version.

Or you can also make some page as "partners" where you can link only HTTP external sites.

Or you can also make internal page redirector to HTTP site. Like HTTPS -> HTTPS (inside redirector and dummy page) -> HTTP. On this case redirector won't be indexed and that's why it's dummy.

And this is just three ideas that i think for one minute. Probably mine favorite is #3. But it's IMHO.

Some sites comes with redirectors or "beacons" for detecting user presence. Example i'm on site X page A and there i click on link to go on page B. But due marketing department this pass via HTTP redirector or pure HTTP (and there 301 redirect to HTTPS). Then this page B can be not indexed.

This mean that once you set sitewide 301 redirect to encrypted connection you must make few more steps:

• you must check all resources to pass via this encrypted channel. Images, CSS, JS - just anything.
• you must check canonical to be set to HTTPS
• you must check that link between pages to be also HTTPS
• you must see any 3rd party tools for encrypted connection. Can be analytics software or "tracking pixels" or heat maps or ads.
• you must check if outgoing links from your site can be via other sites with encryption. Can be Wikipedia, Moz, Google. Since everything there is already encrypted you will skip frustrating HTTPS -> HTTP -> HTTPS jump too.

So then your site can be indexed in HTTPS. It's tricky procedure with many traps.

Well - charts in JS is OK for user but NOT ok for bots. Hiding text is "devalued" them and also not ok for bots.

Probably the best is if you use some tool as PhantomJS and make static image of charts. Can be PNG or JPG with lot of text (alt and title) that describing what is this image. I know that this wasn't answer you're expecting, but bots can't see everything that JavaScript make.

I forgot... MOZ have same issue with their WBF - text and video only. So look strange for bots. From two years they make text representation of video too. Now layout is text-video-text-text-text-text. Seems that works for them.

So mine idea is try to make chart and below make text representation of what is in this charts with lot of text. Bots love this (and humans too!) and you can leave JS code then.

If you know what you do then you can use 410.

Because with 404 bot will coming to check that pages many times. With 410 it's only one or twice. Example from mine .htaccess:

Redirect 410 /salons/galka-2/

As you can see it's very easy and and sleek. BUT beware because if you send 410 to normal page then later you can't get this page ranked!

I see that you're on WordPress.

This CMS create "virtual" robots.txt. You can see this here:

But on your website there is error in robots.txt and you should see in web server log files (access and error) why this is happening. Also you may need looking .htaccess because something preventing this text file to be accessed.

There is alternative way for using robots.txt in WordPress. All you need is to create new and blank robots.txt in same folder and put this there:

Disallow:

Then save file and that's all. Now bad news - WP can't control indexing and crawling anymore.

But when you have large images - then progressive jpegs is much better (even for mobile users https://code.facebook.com/posts/857662304298232/faster-photos-in-facebook-for-ios/ ). But progressive jpg also have drawbacks - they require little bit more memory and little bit more CPU power for draws. Patrick show that only using of progressive jpegs can improve speed index (webpagetest score) between 7% to 15% at same size in bytes.

So there are two situations in SSL (there are much more but it's complicated) - SNI or w/o SNI.

With SNI on one IP you can use many TLS sites. Because in process of handshake browser put hostname and server knows this request for what site inside is. But some browsers doesn't support SNI - Windows XP, IE6, Android 2.2/2.3 and few more. For that you need dedicated IP just they can connect correct on your site.

I think that you have issue with SNI. Because if you trying to open your IP - http://212.48.85.138/ you get warning (about host mismatch) and self-signed certificate (on some machines).

Also you need to tighten your secure connection - stop SSL (it's 15 year old and it's now deprecated), you should support only TLS. Also enable forward secrecy, OCSP stapling and TLS session tickets. It's long but you can see all recommendations here:

Alexa uses toolbar installed to users computer to scan for links and sent them to their cloud as "backlinks". There isn't way to index someone other inbox folder for links as far as i know.

So LinkStant show this as inbound links to me in their report and i'm almost 99% sure that there IS links somewhere. Same happens with Alexa - he detect links and upload them to their reporting engine. And this engine count link as legit.

So this is two issues:

1. You should verify in SearchConsole new site https:// and link this site with Analytics to get Landing Pages. Please check for correct sitewide 301 redirect from http:// to https:// on ALL your assets. This can be CSS/JS/canonicals/images/local links between pages, etc.
2. You should track down this ASAP because of SC show that certificate is self-signed probably same can be seen on your users computers/devices. And this also can lead your visits to 0 if some "warning" was shown. Probably your certificate isn't installed correct on server.

And answer is YES! Today is 2015 and within few days will be 2016. Today shares in social networks are so much important than also baclkinging. Of course organic visits and visits from social networks are different, so you need to implement both of tags to get maximum performance there.

Long story - there is hreflang in HTML head and in xml sitemap. What's the difference? In HTML you can use same-site or cross-site links (between domains), in XML they are only in same domain. So in XML sitemap you can't use cross-site links (between different domains).

Also in SearchConsole you can set "international targeting" (SearchConsole -> Search Traffic -> International Targeting -> Country) for different sites.

I know that hreflang is little bit complicated but once you setup your first site correct then on next sites will be much faster.

Can you try ping sitemap? Because some CDNs (i'm don't know your infrastructure) cache files for few hours and bots sometime get cached but old versions.
