Link Type Analysis
As far as my information goes, there is no tool that can tell you which links are coming from within the content, navigation, side bar or footers. ...But I would love to see if anyone new of a tool that does closer to what you are looking for!

Date of page first indexed or age of a page?
Hello, if you search the page URL (exact) in Google at the end of the Google search URL type "&as_qdr=y15" This can also be used with the inurl command on searches for a whole domain, whilst not 100% its a start it also sometimes shows last cached version (don't forget there is a date filter on searches!) I also wanted to give a shout out to the wayback machine http://archive.org/web/web.php hope ti helps & good luck!

Demographic Data For Keywords
The best way, that I know of, to identify the demographics is to use the Google Analytics along with Google Adwords. Spending a certain amount of money, on certain areas using geotagging, you can use all that data on Google Analytics and get a good impression of the demographics. The only thing you have to find out for yourself is what amount of data you need in that region and for that particular field that you are targeting.

Google Places Multiple Phone Numbers
now that you mention it, it appears that only the primary number is shown on both Google Maps (newest version) and on the Google + Local business profile page. guess we can only effectively use one now!

Google Places
Hiya, Doesn't look like a verified listing to me, also a couple of +1's wouldn't hurt though the two 1 star reviews will hurt a bit. If you're being super picky you could look into optimizing your quote text currently "BMW Sydney - Driving People" I would recommend using your Google + page to create a used community page the local page would follow shortly after as they are tied in. Currently I see two unused Google plus pages for BMW Sydney would recommend using one a bit more. There are also lots of guides for local here on Moz if you have a look about. Good luck.

Google Places and Backlinks
Hi Mike, Last July, I put this exact same question about linking to a Google+ Local page to Mike Blumenthal, aka Professor Maps. I think you'll really enjoy reading his thoughtful answer, which he turned into a blog post: http://blumenthals.com/blog/2013/07/02/should-you-do-linkbuilding-to-your-g-page-for-local/ Remember that it takes time to see the benefits of citation building, and that this is only one of the things that you need to be doing to promote a local business. Paramount is ensuring that you've obeyed all guidelines and rules (haven't made mistakes), and that the website is perfectly locally optimized. In addition to citation building, there is on-going content development, earning reviews, earning links and social outreach. If you're the new kid in a competitive vertical, you've got to work hard at a variety of disciplines in order to begin to move in on already-established businesses. Discovering their weaknesses can be one way to determine areas in which you can do a better job. Local SEO requires a ton of work and a big helping of patience!

Exit Popups Impact On SEO
it's just about the code and how it's applied on your site but mostly it's not that big of a deal unless you are running a huge site. Try out Ron said though if you have time.

Duplicate content on sites from different countries
You could use hreflang in this instance. It is suitable for content on separate domains as this FAQ link attests. I would steer clear of using the canonical when using hreflang. Check out this previous thread on Moz where use of hreflang and canonical was discussed by me and others.

Google Places Listing Active In Two Seperate Google Places Accounts?
Hi Tom, Rather than re-invent the wheel on this, let me just link to Mike Blumenthal's excellent guide on how to handle the scenario you are describing. Be sure to read the article, in full, including looking at the previous pieces linked to in Mike's post: http://blumenthals.com/blog/2012/05/17/basic-places-practices-update-how-do-you-claim-an-owner-verified-listing/ I'm 99% sure this will be exactly what you need, but if you don't find the answer you were hoping for, just let me know.

How does OSE select top 10,000 links
You should be able to get a decent sample if you run an advance report and select to only display links from different IP addresses, that will just show you links from different sites so you won't be filling up your quota with multiple links from each page. I hope that helps. Really just spend some time playing with the parameters in the Advanced reports you'll find you can get almost any mix you're after. Cheers, Joel.

Posting a video on your site and also on youtube
Hi Jerry, What you suggest is just about achievable, but it's not very predictable and I wouldn't recommend it. Firstly, It's quite hard to get rich snippets for embedded YouTube videos - and secondly, if you want the YouTube video to rank again, this video will almost certainly outrank you unless you have an incredibly strong site - as such, you can end up driving traffic that you could have driven to your own site to YouTube - and from there it is extremely hard to drive referrals. Secondly, While Google may choose to rank both pages, they often will just preference one of the videos - likely the YouTube.com version - which means your site won't rank at all. Thirdly - The kind of videos that you should be aiming to get your site ranking for, normally conversion related videos - are not the type of content that typically provide any value on YouTube, so you should really consider who the target audience are for your content and whether they're people on your site or people finding the content via YouTube. However, all this aside, If you really do want to get both a YouTube listing and your own site ranking - then I recommend showing Google that it's two different videos both relevant to the keyword - by self hosting the content on your own site (or using a paid third party platform) and submitting a video sitemap - then uploading the video to YouTube However, I want to make absolutely clear that I don't really recommend the above solution from a strategic perspective, as the kind of content you should want your site to rank for is almost never also appropriate to put on YouTube. Thanks, Phil.

Reasons for store not showing up on Google?
Hi Chris, Without being able to look at the actual listing, it's difficult to diagnose an issue like this one. If you cannot share your client's details (understandable) can you provide further clarification as to your initial description of the type of search you're performing? I'm not quite following, as it seems you are saying you are doing a search for your client's own business name and location in Google's main search engine and that this is bringing up completely unrelated businesses instead of your client's business. This should not be happening, and I'm actually wondering if this isn't what you mean by your description. Please clarify if you can. It would be best if you could actually show me the search and results, but if you can't do that, further description would help a little. I'll look forward to your reply!
