How should I order my links ?
Hi Max, Some good responses here. Let me add my 2 cents. There are a few ways to get Google to index more than one anchor text on a page, but in general worrying too much about it gives a low return on investment. I've never seen a site/page make significant gains in rankings or traffic by manipulating anchor text in this way. Any gains that are achieved are usually pretty small. That said, I have done significant testing on this and it's clear that when the first link to a page is an image (with alt text) then Google will index both anchors. This is particularly useful on eCommerce sites with lots of product links that contain both an image and a title. The default practice is to make the image alt the same as the product title, but often this doesn't accurately describe the photo. Like I said, I wouldn't expect a huge jump in rankings from doing so, and I wouldn't spend much effort on it, but it does give you an extra avenue of optimization if you choose to peruse it.

Amazon CloudFront CDN
Hi Max, As you know, SEOmoz uses a CDN (Content Delivery Network) to host our static content. This greatly improves the load time of our pages by distributing our content across a cloud network, and results in an improved experience for users. If I understand your question correctly, you have set up a CDN and have created duplicate content issues. To solve this, it's important to set up your CDN only to serve static content, like images, stylesheets and javascript. That is what a CDN is designed for. Do not duplicate your entire site - your HTML - as this will cause duplicate content issues. If for some reason you need to replicate your entire HTML, then there are some steps you can take to mitigate the damage, although it's going to depend on your exact circumstances. For example, you can set full URL canonical tags so that all your mapped CNAMES point to your primary URL. To revert back to one copy of your HTML, you might want to put 301 redirects in place on the duplicated content (pointing to the original) before removing them from the CDN. But even these aren't ideal solutions. It's best just to serve your static content, and only one version of your HTML.

In order to improve SEO with silos'urls, should i move my posts from blog directory to pages'directories ?
It's not particularly important. "Blog" doesn't offer any sort of semantic importance to the content underneath. Singular and dense category landing pages are the goal with this strategy. That's more important than creating a URL distinction between your blog and static content.
