I would recommend that you place everything in at once and get all your pages indexed as soon as you can. However, you continually look to update and make changes to the content of those pages. This will help to signal to google that you website content is being updated and is staying fresh and relevant. A blog would be a great idea for you and is an effective device for SEO.
